Upon graduating, he worked in the UK head office as Senior Procurement Manager for four years before becoming General Manager of the Chile branch. With more than a decade’s experience behind him, he set up WHM in 2020. Matias works on professional, trust-based business relationships and holds quality of fruit and environmental sustainability at the company’s core. When not visiting growers and crunching numbers he can be found at the beach with his family – usually snoozing on his surfboard beyond the break.

With a few years’ experience behind her, she is now in charge of planning, coordinating, and supplying WHM’s commercial programme where she is always looking to reduce environmental impact by sourcing recyclable materials. When she’s not calculating costs she goes back to her roots, escaping with her family to somewhere surrounded by water.

He has extensive experience with a range of products including grapes, cherries, pears, and apples. When WHM CEO Matias offered him the challenge in late 2022, he didn’t hesitate to accept. In his role, he searches for new clients and suppliers and maintains close ties with existing commercial networks. At the end of the day he enjoys listening to music and playing his guitar.
